Interesting Story

I came across this story on USAToday.com. It is about a guy who couldn't afford housing while attending NYU so he slept in the basement of the library. He set up his own web page to chronicle his "adventures". His page is here.

I find this interesting because I also had a friend at OSU who had a similar problem. He could not afford housing either so he ended up sleeping in a back room at one of the Mechanical Engineering labs. He was a little better off than Dave (the author of the website). My friend had a sleeping bag and a Coleman stove at his disposal.

Off subject:

The "Slim-Fast meal options: Chewy granola, mixed berry" bars are damn good. they have the psuedo-chocloate on them but still deliver big on taste. Highly recommended.
