Burt Rutan is basically a revolutionary aircraft designer. He is the designer of the Voyager, a plane that flew around the world without landing or refueling about 15 years ago. So now he's taking on the X-prize. A $10 million prize to the first private venture to achieve manned spaceflight by 2004.
