Near Death Experience

Our oldest cat has been has some issues with her coat and dandruff lately so I thought it would be a good idea to bath her with this special shampoo we have. Last time we did this it was pretty damn easy. She just sat there and cried the whole time while Mark held her. This time was WAY different. It was everything that comes to mind when you think of bathing a cat. She almost slit my wrist and tried to cut straight through the skin between Mark's pointer finger and thumb. We had to just let her go at one point to make sure we were both still alive. We came up with a new plan, rinsed off the shampoo, dried her ASAP and let go. Then we spent the next 5-10 pouring peroxide all over our arms and saying lots of bad words. I do not recommend bathing your cat, ever. Take it to the groomers and let them do it.
